Hyderabadi Mutton Fry

A lovely side dish from the City with just a few ingredients that goes very well with Rotis or Parathas. It's made with both boneless and Bone-in meat. Both Lamb and Beef are good for this.
And it's made in two ways. One is simple and just a little bit crisp. It's enjoyed by everyone alike. But there is another method in which the meat is roasted to an extra crisp texture which is called as Kadak Tala huwa Gosht.
And if it's made for the adults only, it's okay. Because kids and the elderly might not be able to enjoy it. So you can choose your style of roasting the meat.
This one here is medium crisp suitable for the kids and the adults alike. And this delicious side dish is best enjoyed with any Indian Bread. But it's also enjoyed with Rice too alongside Hyderabadi Khatti Daal. The spices can be adjusted accordingly. You can increase as per your family's preferences.
Happy Breakfast Time!

For Tala huwa Gosht, it's a perfect one to enjoy for a lovely Breakfast meal. All you have to do is to mix all the ingredients mentioned and pressure cook with just little water. Do not add more. After the steam settles down on it's own, remove the lid and transfer the cooked meat into a kadai or a deep pan.

Heat Oil and add curry leaves, slit green chillies and the cooked meat. Now roast it on a medium high heat until crisp and done. You can keep it medium crisp if desired or extra kadak or crisp. The Tala huwa Gosht is of two types, you can choose yours and do it accordingly. I usually prefer it medium crisp because of my kids. And if making just for the adults, you can go about it making extra kadak without any worries.
