Masala Rava Idli
A filling and quick fix breakfast recipe.
Steps

In a mixing bowl, add semolina, add curd, salt, 1/4 cup water, mix all well and put to rest for 15-20 minutes

Finely chop veggies

In a pan, add oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, let it splutter, then add hing, add chopped veggies and sauté for few minutes till rawness of veggies goes off.

Prepare for steaming by adding 2-3 cups water in steamer, grease idli moulds and keep ready.

Now add veggies into rava mixture, mix nicely. we need idli batter consistency, so if required add little more water gradually.

Now add fruit salt and mix gently, batter will turn frothy. Now full each mould and put to steamer, steam for 10 - 15 minutes.

De mould it, idlis are ready to serve

Serve with spiced curd or with coconut chutney / sambar.
