Steps

Take a tarminder wash it and soak it for 1 hour. Take Dates/ Kajur soak for 2 hours.

After soaked of Dates boil it in a pressure cooker for 5 whistles. And make a paste of soaked tarminder or make a separate tarminder and water it becomes paste.

After boiling of Dates cool it down and grind it in a fine paste. After mix tarminder paste.

After mixing put red chili powder, salt, Cumin Coriander powder, Jaggery, 2 cup or water boil it, and mix well all ingredients nicely.

For pudina chutney take a Mixture jar to add washed pudina/mint, Coriander leaves, Green chili, Cumin seeds, Coriander seeds, Salt, anchor, fennel seeds, lemon juice, Ginger garlic grind it in a fine paste.

For sweet curd take a container add curd,sugar, Salt, Red chilli powder, Cumin Coriander powder mix it well and add half cup water mix it well and keep it in refrigerator for 1 hour.

Onion and Coriander leaves wash it and chop it in fine. For Masala, aloo boils potatoes and mash it well.

Take Boiled and smashed potatoes put Red chili powder, Garam Masala powder, Cumin Coriander powder, salt, lemon juice, Coriander leaves mix it well.

For serving take a plate and keep crispy puri put aloo Masala, Boiled and half smashed Green chole, sweet curd, dates chutney, pudina chutney, onion, Coriander leaves, sev serve it immediately.
