Today I'm sharing one such innovative way of making chips from carrot peel so as to contribute my part in celebrating global campaign on UN World Food Day.
This is an extremely easy and simple way of saving carrot peel and turn them in yummy crispy chips to enjoy at any time of the day.
They can be stored for a week in an airtight container.

Steps

Wash and clean the carrot.

Peel off the skin from the carrot.

Take a bowl add carrot skin,salt, black pepper powder

Add lemon juice, olive oil and mix well.

Rest for 15 minutes.

Now place butter paper on a baking tray and lay the carrot skin on it. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 160°C.
Make sure to flip sides every 10-15 minutes to avoid burning of one side of the peel. - 7
Remove from oven and lay on a tissue paper to let it dry and become more crisp.
Carrot peel chips are ready to eat.
