Firstly wash the arhar dal

Take a cooker add dal and water salt and turmeric powder

Cover the cooker and one whistle come then sim the gas for 10 minutes after 10 minutes turn off the gas

For tadka add deshi ghee and heat it add hing and jeera and saute it now add tomato and cook 5 minutes add red chilli powder and add this tadka in the daal

Daal tadka is ready to serve with rice.
