Usually papad is used to make stuffing for parathas. This is an improvised version which uses khakhara with other masalas for paratha stuffing.

Usually papad is used to make stuffing for parathas. This is an improvised version which uses khakhara with other masalas for paratha stuffing.

Steps

Mix the flour, salt. Add water and knead a soft dough. Add oil and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Mix all the ingredients for the stuffing in a bowl.

Roll a small portion of dough. Fill the stuffing and close from all ends. Roll it to a paratha.
- 4
Roast the paratha on a hot tawa. Add oil on both sides and roast well. Serve with curd and pickle.
