1onion shallot french, sliced

Sauce: soy sauce, chicken powder, sugar and water

Heat up olive oil on wok, toss in shallot until soft.

Add chicken in, stir well until half cook, then pour the sauce in. Mix them well, if dried up, add a bit of water, cook until soft then add basil, stir well. Serve with steam rice.
