Ingredients

15 minutes
  • 100 goat bran
  • 200 goat flour
  • 50 gbrown sugar
  • 100 gbutter
  • 1medium egg
  • 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla essence
  • 50 gchocolate chips or dried fruit

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    With butter and egg at room temperature, combine everything in a bowl, stir then need into a dough ball

  2. 2

    Heat oven to 180C with fan. roll dough ball out to ~5mm thick, cut shapes, and place on greaseproof paper on baking tray. place to oven for ~15min until edges visibly browning.
