Creamy mushroom and sun-dried tomato chicken

Cooking Instructions

Mix flour with pepper and coat the chicken
- 2
Fry in hot oil, for about three minutes on each side or until golden brown, then set aside.

In the same oil, add butter. Once the butter is melted, add onion, garlic, mushrooms and fry for about minute
- 4
Add finely sun-dried tomatoes, and let it cook for another minute then add your spices.
- 5
Add a cup of water and the chicken to the vegetables and lower the heat and alow to cook for 30min
- 6
Now add the fresh cream and let it simmer for 15min.
