Ingredients

10 mins
  • 3 tbspsun dried tomatoes, with the oil from the jar
  • 3 clovegarlic,smashed and peeled
  • 2 cupchicken stock
  • 1 cupmilk or cream
  • 3 tbspparmesan cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Put sun dried tomatoes with the oil and garlic in food processor.

  2. 2

    While pureeing,slowly add chicken stock and milk.

  3. 3

    Puree until well blended

  4. 4

    Pour into a small sauce pan.

  5. 5

    Add Parmesan cheese and heat on stove until it reaches a boil.

  6. 6

    Serve over pasta or chicken
