  2. 6 clovesgarlic (minced)
  3. 8shallots (finely chopped)
  4. 4curly red chilies (sliced)
  5. red bird's eye chilies to taste
  6. 1 stalkgreen onion
  7. Salt, sugar, pepper, seasoning
