  • Enough potatoes for everyone
  • Enough sausages for everyone
  • 1onion
  • Your favourite gravy granules
  • Salt to taste
  • About 25 g of butter

  1. 1

    Peel, chop and boil your potatoes until cooked. Meanwhile slice the onion and sweat down in half the butter. When the potatoes are cooked, remove them from the water using a slotted spoon and put in a bowl. Add the potato water to the onions and bring to the boil

    Add the gravy granules and stir to make the gravy.

    Mash your potatoes using the remaining butter and serve with your favourite bangers with the gravy on top
