Fried fish in coconut sauce

Cooking Instructions

Fry the onions until golden brown
- 2
Add the tomatoes and lower your heat so that they can cook well
- 3
Add the coconut milk and cream to the paste and give it a good stir,add some salt
- 4
Put the fish in the sauce and let be covered fully
Simmer for some 3 minutes on low heat - 5
Serve hot with ugali or any accompaniment of your choice
