Ingredients

  1. 400-500 gmSalmon
  2. 1 tspMiso
  3. 1 tspHoney
  4. Salt & Pepper to taste (approx. half a tsp)
  5. 5 tbspWater
  6. Sesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Take out the salmon skin, cut the fish into cubes.

  2. 2

    Mix all the other ingredients to make a paste. Stir until well combined. Coat each piece of the salmon cubes and let it marinate for minimum 30mins.

    Preheat oven to 170°c, with the top and bottom heating element mode "on". Prepare a nonstick tray or line a tray with foil, spray olive oil to prevent sticking.

    Place the salmon on the tray spaced out. Bake for 8mins. After 8mins, switch to the grill function on highest setting to char the surface of the fish for texture only for 1 to 2 minutes. You totally can skip this part if you don't like charred meat, and extend 2 mins to the initial cooking time.

    Serve with your favourite greens and fruit.
