In my home classic egg pudding is every one's favourite but it takes few hrs to bake. I want some quick one so thought of trying Sarosh lemon pudding as I like tangy flavours in desserts, it is so yummy and easy pesy to make quickly. It will be now in my dessert list 👍.

Take out lemon zest and lemon juice

In a pan put cream and flame should be low cook and add sugar and stir till boil comes

When it's boiling add zest and keep cooking on slow flame till simmers.

Add lemon juice and be careful stirr it until its thickens now flame off and cool it by stirring

Pour in bowl and cool in fridge for an hour.and serve.
