
Veggie Pasta Salad
Family favorite for every summertime bbq.
Steps

Make pasta according to box instructions.

Drain pasta and place in a a bowl- do not put back in the pan you cooked it in.

Add frozen mixed vegetables and stir. The heat from the pasta will thaw the veggies and the frozen veggies will cool your pasta.

Add Mayo to taste. I find 1/3 to 1/2 cups is to my family’s liking.

Season to taste with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Enjoy right away or chill in fridge for an hour.
