Ingredients

  1. 1over ripe plantain peeled
  2. 1 cupsieved flour
  3. 1 tspyeast
  4. 1 tbspsugar
  5. Pinchsalt
  6. 1 tbsppepper and onion mix
  7. Vegetable oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a clean bowl, mesh plantain wit wooden spoon (use mixer to make it smooth, but no power supply I used hand to turn)

  2. 2

    Add flour to the plantain paste, salt, yeast, sugar and mix

  3. 3

    Add warm water bit by bit as you mix until a puff-puff barter is formed, cover and allow to rise for some minute

  4. 4

    When it rise add the pepper with onion mixture, turn together

  5. 5

    Set oil in pan on heat, use clean hand to scoop into the oil (just as you make puff) allow to fry as you turn

  6. 6

    When it's golden brown remove and drainer

  7. 7

    Enjoy
