Steps

Wash the chicken feet thoroughly under running water to remove dirt and sticking residues if any

Bring water in an open pot to boil,when its almost on the brink of boiling,add the feet in water for approx 30 sec.

Then take them out and let it bit cool.then start peeling off the skin and top layers of nails.the skin and nails are virtually unusable and discarded.now the feet are cleaned and ready to use

Take fresh water in pot.add chicken paw,ginger,garlic,onion, bayleaf,cinnamon and let it boil. Remove any scum that floats at the top and then let it simmer at low temperature for an hour or two.

As the broth started to getting thick and shiny close the heat.strain.season it with salt or pepper to your choice and enjoy a lovely healthy homely brooth.
