Ingredients

  1. .75 poundBeef thinly sliced
  2. Halfcontainer of shiitake mushrooms
  3. 1carrot (peeled and julienned)
  4. 1/2Vidalia onion sliced
  5. 2 packsudon noodles
  6. Vegetable oil
  7. Toasted sesame seeds
  8. Marinade
  9. 2stocks green onion chopped
  10. 6minced cloves garlic
  11. 4 tblsoy sauce
  12. 1 tblsesame oil
  13. 1 tblmirin
  14. 1 tblhoney
  15. 1 tblbrown sugar
  16. Black pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

    In a large zip lock bag mix marinade ingredients

    Add meat, onion, mushrooms and carrots to bag

  3. 3

    Close with as much air removed and allow to marinate for 20 min (overnight if possible)

  4. 4

    Heat 2 tbl of vegetable oil and add marinade with meat and veggies when hot

  5. 5

    When fully cooked add udon noodles and mixed, let cook for 5 minutes

  6. 6

    Plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds (can add more green onion, crab etc here)
