Peel potatoes and clean them

Chop/slice/grate them in round shapes that are thin layered, rinse them in clean water and soak them in water with few drops of vinegar and salt for 10mins

Place the chops one by one on a kitchen towel/paper towels/saviette to drip off excess water

Deep fry them in hot oil till crunchy.
