Homemade Longanisa

My boy is a typical "arab" when it comes to food, but this longanisa I prepared for him, he cannot say "no" 😊..

I saw this pinoy food vlogger and I just add a little bit ingredient. Next time I will add 7-up or sprite, instead of water, or oyster sauce. I'll make an update afterward.

The ground chicken, I chose the packed one with something lining on it, I think it is absorbing the excess water from the chicken (my own thinking only)
