  • 2 CupsCauliflower Rice
  • 1 tspSesame oil
  • 6 ozCream Cheese
  • 1 tbspRice Vinager Unseasoned
  • 1 sliceSushi Ginger
  • 1 tspWassabi
  • 5 ozSmoked Salmon
  • 1/2medium sliced Avocado
  • 2 stick (6 inch)medium long Cucumber
  • 1 TbspCoconut Amino Acid Soy Sauce

    In nonstick skillet cook the cauliflower rice add sesame oil

  2. 2

    Mix the warm cauliflower with the cream cheese

  3. 3

    Add the Rice Vinagre unseasoned mix well

  4. 4

    Place the mixture to cool in the fridge around 1 min

  5. 5

    Place on your bambo mat a parchament paper and lay out your sheet of nori paper

  6. 6

    Spread your rice over nori leaving an edge open.

  7. 7

    Add 2 slices of smoked Salmon, 2 slices of Avocado and 2 stick of cucumber.

  8. 8

    Rolled tuck the filling in as you roll wet the open edge to seal the roll.

  9. 9

    Keep your knife wet to prevent sticking and slice the roll; clean your knife after each cut.

  10. 10

    Dipping on Coconut Aminos Sauce garnish with ginger and wasabi and Enjoy
