Cooking Instructions

In nonstick skillet cook the cauliflower rice add sesame oil

Mix the warm cauliflower with the cream cheese

Add the Rice Vinagre unseasoned mix well

Place the mixture to cool in the fridge around 1 min

Place on your bambo mat a parchament paper and lay out your sheet of nori paper

Spread your rice over nori leaving an edge open.

Add 2 slices of smoked Salmon, 2 slices of Avocado and 2 stick of cucumber.

Rolled tuck the filling in as you roll wet the open edge to seal the roll.

Keep your knife wet to prevent sticking and slice the roll; clean your knife after each cut.

Dipping on Coconut Aminos Sauce garnish with ginger and wasabi and Enjoy
