Garlic-Miso Teriyaki King Oyster Mushroom and Pork Roll

I made king oyster mushrooms into pork rolls and seasoned with my favorite flavourings.
The pork slices were big so I cut them in half but cut them as necessary.
The sauce is enough probably for 10 rolls. Adjust the seasonings to preference. Recipe by Yagirinonegichan

I made king oyster mushrooms into pork rolls and seasoned with my favorite flavourings.

Quarter the king oyster mushroom lengthwise.

Cut the pork slices in half and sprinkle with salt and pepper on one side. Roll the king oyster mushrooms up inside the pork and lightly sprinkle with katakuriko.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan and place the rolls, seams side down, and cook until browned.

Rotate the rolls occasionally so that all sides are nicely browned. Sprinkle with the sake and cover with a lid. Let steam for 3 minutes.

Combine the ◆ ingredients and add to the pan and reduce. Add the mirin and when the sauce becomes glossy, add the sesame seeds.

Soy sauce glazed pork rolls.
