Here's a simple sweet treat😋🍭 recipe for anyone who has a real sweet tooth🍬🍫 or just a sweet dish😉 craving!

Mix the milk powder and milk in a nonstick pan before turning on the heat. Ensure the mixture is smooth and without lumps.

Turn on the gas and mix well. Cook on low flame until the mixture turns little thick, for 3-4 minutes.

Add the powdered sugar.

Add the ghee.

Mix well. Stir and cook over low flame until the mixture turns thick, for 3-5 minutes.

Turn off the flame and add the cardamom powder. Stir well and let the mixture cool for a while.

When the mixture is a little warm, grease your palms with a little ghee and take a little ball sized potion and form into a round shape. Transfer it to a plate.

Make all the pedas in the same way and garnish with pistachios or almonds.

Let them cool down completely for 2-3 hours. Milk pedas are ready!

You can store them in an air tight container at room temperature.
