Prawns Curry

Firstly wash the prawns then add some turmeric powder, salt and some red chilli powder. Now coat them well with the prawns. Now heat a pan, add some oil & fry the prawns. Now keep them aside.

Now wash the pan once then add then some oil again after heating the pan. Then add all the khada masalas including jeera, cinnamon stick, green cardamom, black cardamom, cloves, dried red chillies and a bay leaf. Let them splutter for a while.

Then add grated onion, ginger-garlic paste and mix it well. Now fry the masalas for about a minute then add the grated tomato and mix it. Then add all the dry masalas like turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, garam masala powder and sugar.

Now mix everything well & fry the masalas until oil starts releasing from the masalas.

Now once the masala gets fried, add the potato pieces into it & mix it. Then add fried prawns to it. Now mix it well with the masalas.

Then add a cup of warm water and give everything a good mix. Now check the salt and add some, if required. Cover the pan, and cook for 7 to 8 mins on a low flame. Then add some Everest Chicken Masala, mix it then finally add some chopped coriander and mix it. Now switch off the flame. Your prawns curry is now ready to serve. Serve it hot with some steamed rice or chapatis.
