Tandoori Paneer Paratha

Take wheat flour in a bowl, add salt, oil, and ajwain. Knead the dough as we knead for roti. Once the dough is kneaded, apply ghee to the dough and keep it aside for 15 mins.

Paneer filling put all the ingredients mentioned above n keep it aside. Now take a small portion of dough and roll it into small puri. Fill it with paneer filling. close it. Roll it once again in around Paratha.

Heat a Tawa and cook it on slow to medium flame.

Flip it and cook from the other side. Apply ghee and cook. Serve with any sabzi, curd, or chutney. Or apply water on one side of the Paratha, cook it then flip the tawa on flame. It will puff up. Carefully take it on a plate. This you tandoori paratha can be made.
