My little one loves cupcakes, so today we got to work. We filled some with strawberry and others with chocolate. Using a freezer bag as a piping bag, they turned out pretty well 😂😅. Here's the buttercream recipe. I'll share the cupcake recipe next time. 😜

I love buttercream frosting, so I went looking for a recipe. Again, I am picky, so I combined a few different recipes that I found. After a few tries, I decided that this one was my favorite.I made this to go on cupcakes for Mother's Day. My wife, my mommy, my sister, and Mother-in-Law loved it so much.This can be used to make different kinds of frosting. Next time, I will add some cocoa powder for chocolate frosting.Enjoy!

These white chocolate cupcakes are tender and fluffy with a decadent liquid white truffle center. The truffles shell melts into the cupcake with the white chocolate center remaing soft. The frosting is a creamy, not to sweet whipped white chocolate marscapone frosting. Store these, covered in the refrigerator but be sure to allow them to come to room temperature for the frosting to soften back up for the best flavor and texture.
