When you have some brisket left over and you want a fried egg sandwich!

Ingredients

3 to 5 minutes
1 serving
  1. 1egg
  2. 1 tspbacon grease or butter
  3. Thin sliced of brisket
  4. 1 slicecheese
  5. 2 piecebread toasted
  6. Slicestomato
  7. Salt & pepper to taste
  8. Mayo or Miracle Whip

Cooking Instructions

3 to 5 minutes
  1. 1

    In a small frying skillet melt grease or butter on medium high.

  2. 2

    Crack egg and bust the yolk. Cook about minute or till you feel is done one bottom side. Flip over and place brisket and cheese on top of egg and cook same as first. If you need to flip again with brisk on bottom then egg with cheese on to to make sure brisket and cheese are heated and melted.

    Remove and place on toasted toast with either Mayo or miracle whip spread on both sides. Placed sliced tomatoes, salt & pepper per and Enjoy!
