Ingredients

  1. onions
  2. 1/4 cupred wine vinegar
  3. 1/2apple cider vinegar
  4. 1 cupwater
  5. 2 tablespoonssugar
  6. 1 teaspoonwhole coriander seed
  7. 1 teaspoonmixed peppercorns

Cooking Instructions

    Toast spices till fragrant

  2. 2

    Combine liquid in small space pan. Add sugar, heat to dissolve.

  3. 3

    Slice 1/4 thickness half rounds.

  4. 4

    Stuff sliced onion into jar, packing tight. Add spices and pour hot liquid on top of onions.

  5. 5

    Allow to cool completely, top off.

  6. 6

    Refrigerator minimum 24hrs.
