Ingredients

5-6 servings
  1. 1Whole chicken
  2. 3 tbspLemon juice
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1 tbspRed chili powder
  5. 1 tbspOil
  6. 1 tspGaram masala powder
  7. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  8. 1 tspCumin powder
  9. 1 tspCoriander powder
  10. 1 tspRed chili flakes
  11. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  12. 1/4 tspyellow food color
  13. 1 tbspOil
  14. 3 tbspVinegar
  15. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  16. 2-4Bari elaichi,cardamom, Laung

Cooking Instructions

    Take one whole chicken and place deep cuts on it properly.

    In a bowl mix lemon juice, oil, egg, salt, red chili powder, garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili flakes, turmeric powder, food color.

    Your marination mixture is ready.

    Now put chicken in this mixture and marinate it with well.Let it set aside for 1-2 hours.

    In a cooker, add enough water so that it doesnt touches the base of the steam plate.

    Put bari +choti illaichi +long in this water and wait till water boils.

    Now place the steel plate first, then place a simple steel plate on which you will place the chicken.

    Cover the lid,put weight of cooker and steam the chicken on high flame for first 3 minutes then lower the flame and put it on medium to low flame for about 25 mints.

    After 25 mints, remove it from the stove. Remove the lid,take out the chicken and boooom 💥Sprinkle chaat msala and lemon juice on it and Enjoy😋
