Soak moong dal for 2 hrs

Drain the water from the dal

Add grated coconut,chopped green chillies,grated coconut,salt and lemon juice,chopped coriander leaves.mix properly.

In a pan take 1tsp of oil add few mustard seeds, few curry leaves,pinch of hing and do the seasoning.

Serve with sambhar rice and appalam.Can be served as a salad with any meal.
