Ingredients

30 minutes

  1. 300 gmwheat flour
  2. 200 gmmethi leaves
  3. as required Water for dough
  4. 2 tablespoonsSalt
  5. 1 tablespoonred chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tablespoonchat masala

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix the flour and chopped methi leaves,salt,red chilli powder and chaat masala

  2. 2

    Now add little little water for making a soft dough.

    After making a dough, rest for 10 minutes.

    Now make a roll of dough and make a round parantha of this.

    Then heat tawa

  6. 6

    After heating tawa, put parantha on it for cooking.

    Add ghee both sides for cooking.

    Serve crispy parantha with white homemade butter and tea
