Mix the flour and chopped methi leaves,salt,red chilli powder and chaat masala

Now add little little water for making a soft dough.

After making a dough, rest for 10 minutes.

Now make a roll of dough and make a round parantha of this.

Then heat tawa

After heating tawa, put parantha on it for cooking.

Add ghee both sides for cooking.

Serve crispy parantha with white homemade butter and tea
