Healthy, tasty, soft and spongy Moong Dal Dhokla is one of the best Tiffin ideas. It is a gluten-free and protein rich snack. Though it taste best when fresh this can be sent in the kid’s school lunch box as a side dish. It is very easy and quick to make.
