Ingredients

  1. 6 slicesMozzerella Cheese
  2. 1.5 cupcooked or shredded chicken
  3. Frank's Red Hot for dipping

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350

    Bake cheese slices on a silicone baking mat or nonstick sheet pan. 5-7 minutes until edges are browned and crisp.

    I got the thick round ones the first time I made it so the time in oven was about 20 minutes. After 10 minutes I drained the liquid from the cheese and placed back in oven. I included pics of both times made them (square vs round slices)

    Allow to cool 1-2 minutes

    Roll up the chicken in those bad boys nice and tight, seam side down.

    Dip in Frank's and go to town!
