Take a pan and place it on the stove. Turn on the heat. Once the pan is hot, add the oil and let it heat up, then add the cumin seeds.

When the cumin seeds start to crackle, add the sliced onions and green chilies. Sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add the chopped tomato and cook, stirring, for another 3-4 minutes until the tomatoes soften.

Add all the dry spices and mix well. Add the crumbled paneer, mix thoroughly, and cook for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the heat and sprinkle the chopped cilantro on top. Paneer bhurji is ready! Enjoy it with paratha, bread, or pav.
