Korean crispy baked chicken wings

Those who like Korean fried chicken n wings in sticky, spicy red sauce but do not want to deep fry them or a little healthier version these baked Korean wings are for you.
For those who want fried wings you can fry them recipe is same. In Korean recipe Gochujang sauce is used but don't have it so added some sauces to make it spicy savoury n sweet.

Wash n strain wings.In a bowl mix all Merinate ingredients. Coat the wings in it well.

Cover and keep for 3_4 hrs or overnight in fridge.
Pre heat oven to 420%f.
Grease an oven proof dish with oil and arrange the wings on it. Put in oven and bake for 20_30 mins depending on your oven. - 3
When one side is cooked(golden and crispy) turn them and brush more Merinate on them bake till cooked and charred.
In a pan put the remaining sauce and the leftover water from wings and cook on low flame till thickens. - 4
Take out if there is water in tray take it out in a bowl, and pour the remaining sauce on top of each wing and again put them into oven but just to grill for few mins, takeout and sprinkle seasame seeds on top and serve hot.
