Macrobiotic Brown Rice Bread Macrobiotic Brown Rice Bread
I've only recently started eating brown rice after starting my macrobiotic diet, but I don't really like it on its own so much, so I tried making bread with it instead. Top it with soy cheese and it becomes even more yummy!I'm a bit all over the place so when I found out I didn't have enough strong flour for this recipe, I just tried adding some whole wheat flour that I had on hand. The only reason I added shredded coconut was because it was there. The guidelines for the proving process are also pretty lax and approximated. This results in a thick and heavy bread that leaves your stomach feeling satisfied.Slice it before freezing to store, and you'll be able to enjoy delicious toast whenever you're hungry. DIY Flour-Free Panko from Rice Bread DIY Flour-Free Panko from Rice Bread
I've tried making this a bunch of different ways, but this one was the best since there is no way to mess it up!When you put rice flour bread in the fridge, it hardens. When that happens, use a mixer or a food mill.Try not to use soft bread because it will just become sticky. Trust me, I found out the hard way.Take a look at the recipe that I uploaded for rice bread. I included pictures as well. Recipe by Toshihaya cookpad.japan -
Bread Maker Rice & Rye Flour Bread Bread Maker Rice & Rye Flour Bread
I wanted to make bread in a bread maker using healthy ingredients!! So I used amazake instead of sugar, omitted unnecessary ingredients and made this using simple ingredients.-When adding the rice and rye flour, pour in the center to make into a mountain.-Add the amazake, salt, and water to the corners of the case not to disturb the flour mountain.-If you try to cut the bread while it's still warm, it'll basically be like mochi, it'll stick to the knife and you won't get a clean cut. Gluten-Free Bread Made With 100% Non-Glutinous Rice Flour Gluten-Free Bread Made With 100% Non-Glutinous Rice Flour
I bought some rice flour on impulse once, but found that it wasn't made for bread baking. Since then I've been trying a lot of recipes to see if I can find a use for it.This recipe is by no means definitively complete, but I decided to upload it as a reminder anyway.Since this recipe contains quite a lot of sugar, the colour will turn out quite dark even on a pale bread setting. If you don't take it out of the bread maker early enough it tends to go the same colour as a French baguette. Please adjust the final baking time according to your own brand of bread maker. Gluten-Free Fluffy Rice Flour Steamed Bread Gluten-Free Fluffy Rice Flour Steamed Bread
My 17 month old has a lot of allergies, including flour. I wanted him to be able to enjoy a fluffy bread so I've been trying out various recipes.Using ideas from various recipes, I finally settled on this.Place the muffin cups into the steamer while it's piping hot, and heat them while the water is boiling. Don't open the lid while they are steaming. If you are unable to eat dairy products and will be using soy milk, I think you should add a little bit more than the recipe states? Black Rice Country Bread Black Rice Country Bread
This bread is sometimes at my local bakery that I frequent. I had black rice at home as well, and it turned a nice color when I cooked it together with regular white rice, so I figured I would try my hand at making some bread with it.Make sure the black rice and broth have cooled completely. This amount of water listed here is for foreign wheat flour (America, Canada etc.). If you are using domestic flour, then it might turn into a sticky dough unless you use less water than this. Leave out 2-3 tablespoons at first and please add more while checking the status of the dough. Recipe by Hiyashinsu cookpad.japan -
