Ingredients

1 small loaf (7x3.5) it is small loaf!!!
  1. 230 graw rice soak in the water overnight (you can use brown rice or white rice)
  2. 140 gwarm water (120-130°F)
  3. 20 gOlive Oil
  4. 4 gSalt
  5. 20 gwarm water (120-130°F)
  6. 10 gsugar(can’t use artificial sweetener)
  7. 4 gDry yeast
  8. you can add, cocoa powder, dried berries, Raisins, some nuts etc

    Wash the rice and soak it in water overnight

    Before you start making it, put it in a colander. Drain the water well

    Put in rice, warm water, olive oil and salt in the blender

    Blend it 1min for about 3 times (each time, scratch the side of blender so that more mix it well)

    If you don't have a thermometer and would like to make a temperature of the warm water between 120-130°F. Boil 80g of water and 80g of regular water mix together. In addition, you can make 120-130 degree water.

    Use 140g of warm water for mix ingredients and 20g for yeast and sugar.

  7. 7

    While mixing, 20g warm water, 10g sugar and 4g yeast put in the cup.
    when ingredients mixed well add this cup into the blender 30 seconds

    Mixer ingredients will be like cream

    Ferment rice bread 20min (about 1.5 size)
    (if you don't have a oven fermentation function
    Set a oven At (350 ° F, 170 ° C) for 1-2 minutes.then shut it off. (It will be a little warm)
    When the size become1.5 size. The bread put it outside of oven.

    Set the oven 380degree

  11. 11

    Bake it 35min.
