Ingredients

5/6 ppls
  • 1 cupMaida/all-purpose flour
  • 2 tspBaking powder
  • half tspSalt
  • 5eggs
  • 3/4 cupsugar
  • Halfcup oil
  • 1 tbspvanilla essence
  • 2 tbspmilk powder (optional you can use milk 🥛 as well)
  • Soaking milk
  • 1 cupcondensed milk
  • 1 cupcream
  • 1 cupevaporated milk or take normal milk
  • 1 tspVanilla essence
  • Ganache
  • 1 cupcooking chocolate
  • 1 cupcream

Steps

  1. 1

    Step 1:
    Sift flour salt and baking powder and keep it aside.

  2. 2

    Step 2:
    Beat eggs till fluffy.
    Add sugar and beat again.
    Add oil, vanilla essence and milk powder too beat and keep aside.

  3. 3

    Preheat oven at 180°C for 10 minutes same timing for stove baking

  4. 4

    Step 3:
    Now fold the dry mix into the wet mix. Pour in the prepared baking dish.

  5. 5

    Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes or until the skewer comes out clean.Let the sponge cool.

  6. 6

    Step 4:
    Whisk and chill all the ingredients of soaking milk section in the refrigerator.

  7. 7

    Step 5:
    Heat chocolate for 20 seconds mix cream in it whisk and refrigerate.

  8. 8

    Step 6:
    Now, prick the cake as much as you can.Pour the three milk mix evenly and refrigerate it for 3 hours or for best results keep it overnight.Pour the ganache now and enjoy
