This is my super fast winner winner chicken dinner. I whip it up without the hour and just salvage it all.

Gather ingredients and mix everything up except the chicken

Wash and dry the chicken fillets, slit the top several times without cutting all the way. Rub peri peri marinade onto chicken fillets. Cover in cling firm and refrigerate overnight or for 2 hours

To cook the chicken, heat a little oil or butter in a skillet or rimmed stovetop grill pan. Cook both sides of chicken until browned (3 to 4 minutes depending on size). Do not overcook

Do not immediately cut through the chicken, let it rest to hold its juices

Serve with favorite side. Enjoy!
