This is one of the dishes I make as a reward just once a year! I always make this sauce if I get steak.

Season the beef steak with salt and pepper, and leave it to rest a while.

Grate the onion. Cut the broccoli into florets and boil.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, and fry the steak on both sides to your desired taste. Take the steak out of the pan and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Put the grated onion and its juices into the frying pan, and add the ☆ ingredients. Bring it to the boil.

Pour this sauce over the steak while still hot. Serve with broccoli and cherry tomatoes, and it's done.
