You can use anywhere from a 5-10 pork butt depending on how much Through trial and error I have thrown together these spices and now everyone requests that I make it for every gathering among friends, and I make it once a month at work to celebrate our end of the month close out.

Make rub by adding all the spices into a bowl.

Rinse pork butt, pat dry.

Cover the entire pork butt with the rub.

Refrigerate in a sealed container over night.

Cook in crock pot for 10 hours on low
- 6
Drain juices and shread with 2 forks. Remove any large fat pieces.

Add beef broth and bbq sauce, cook for 2 more hours also on low
