  1. 2 tbspchili powder
  2. 1 tbsponion powder
  3. 2 tspsalt
  4. 2 tspcayenne pepper
  5. 1 tspground pepper
  6. 1 1/4 tspgarlic powder
  7. 2 tbspred pepper flake
  8. 2 cupbeef broth
  9. 3each 18 oz. sweet baby ray's sweet vidaila onion
  10. 5 lbpork butt or shoulder

    Make rub by adding all the spices into a bowl.

  2. 2

    Rinse pork butt, pat dry.

  3. 3

    Cover the entire pork butt with the rub.

  4. 4

    Refrigerate in a sealed container over night.

  5. 5

    Cook in crock pot for 10 hours on low

  6. 6

    Drain juices and shread with 2 forks. Remove any large fat pieces.

  7. 7

    Add beef broth and bbq sauce, cook for 2 more hours also on low

  8. 8

    Enjoy
