1Wagyu beef steak
1Salt and pepper
1Beef fat

Season the steak with salt and pepper.

Heat a frying pan and melt the beef fat.
3

Turn it up to high heat and once the pan is hot, fry the meat for 1 minute. Turn the steak over and continue to fry on a medium heat until some meat juice starts to come out.
