Cook rice and keep aside..
Take wheat flour and knead a dough to make rotis.. - 2
Peel and cut bottle gourd in pieces..
Soak chana dal in water for at least 1 hour. In a pressure cooker, cook bottle gourd, tomatoes and chana dal added by 1 cup of water, till 3 whistles.. Cool completely pressure. - 3
Take a pan, add oil, mustard seeds, hing, and steamed bottle gourd, chana dal, tomatoes.. Add kokam, jaggery, turmeric powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, coriander jeera powder, salt and water as required, cook for 5 minutes. Sabzi is ready to serve.. Garnis with fresh coriander..

Make rotis from kneaded dough.. And apply ghee on it, ready to serve..
