Oven preheating 170°C (380°F)

For people who don’t have scales 40g oatmeal =110ml, 7Tbs, or 3.5oz

160g oatmeal to powdered

In a bowl, combine the powdered oatmeal, sugar, baking soda first then add yogurt and mix together

When the dough is settled, add the 40g oatmeal and mix.

Mix with dried fruits and nuts.

Oblong formed

At 170°C (380°F) for 30 minutes
Then cover with aluminum foil and bake for 8 minutes.
