This recipe is super easy, super fast and super delicious. ☺️
Steps

Cut the the avocado and smash it.
- 2
Cut the tomato in half and use half of it to mix with the avocado. (Cut in very tiny pieces)

Add the minced garlic, salt, pepper and mix all together.
- 4
In a pan add the unsalted butter then crack open the egg. Fry the egg to your preferred texture.
- 5
Add everything on a plate egg, avocado mix and the rest of tomatoes.
Add more salt and pepper if you desire.
And there you have it. A very easy, healthy breakfast ☺️Enjoy!
