Ingredients

  1. 1/2pepper ●Red pepper
  2. 1/2pepper ●Yellow bell pepper
  3. 2 stick●Asparagus
  4. 1 can●Canned tuna
  5. 1Olive oil
  6. 1 tbsp★Mayonnaise
  7. 1★Salt and pepper
  8. 1enough to scent the dish Soy sauce
  9. 1Black sesame seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the bell peppers and asparagus.

  2. 2

    Stir fry in olive oil, then add the tuna and continue frying.

  3. 3

    Add the ★ ingredients. Last, add the soy sauce to finish.

  4. 4

    If you like, season with black pepper.
