Cut and clean chicken. Put in a pot and add chicken seasoning, salt, onion, bullion cubes, thyme and curry. Steam for about 2 minutes then add some water. Cover and allow to cook

Peel potatoes and cut in rounds. Wash. Add oil in a pan then fry salted potatoes lightly. Drain and set aside.

Remove cooked chicken from the pot. Deep fry in hot vegetable oil till golden brown.

In a pot, add potatoes, chicken, carrots, runner beans and onions. Set on a flame then add the liquid left from cooking your chicken. Season with gg paste, salt and buillion cubes. Add a dash of white pepper. Add sweet pepper.Stir, taste and correct your seasoning. Cover and allow to cook till veggies are tender.

Make a smooth paste with cornflour and water. Add to the pot. Stir and allow to simmer for about 2 to 3 minutes. Serve
