Ingredients

  1. 0.5Pineapple
  2. 0.5 tsppineapple concentrate
  3. 6-8 Tspjaggery
  4. 1 tspcoriander seeds
  5. 0.5 tspUrrad dal
  6. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  7. 0.5 tspmethi seeds
  8. 2 tspkadalebele
  9. 2-4red chilli
  10. 0.5 tspturmeric
  11. 1 tsptil seeds (ellu)
  12. 2-3 tspoil
  13. 1 tspraw rice
  14. 0.25 cupshredded coconut
  15. leavesCurry
  16. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Take pineapple in a pan. Add a pinch of salt + jaggery + tamarind concentrate. Let it boil for couple of minutes

    In other pan take 2 tsp oil. Let’s start the tempering. Add a tsp of coriander seeds + cumin seeds + methi seeds + kadalebele + red chilli + Urrad dal + til seeds (ellu). Fry it

    Add half teaspoon of rice + coconut. Once it’s fried, cool it down and grind it well

  4. 4

    Now in the pan where pineapple is boiled add the above paste, salt and jaggery (more usage based on the sweetness). Add tempering (curry leaves + mustard seeds)
