Remove the shell of eggs, cut into halves, keep aside.

Take a bowl, add besan & rice flour, mix it well.

Now add all the given ingredients one by one, add water slowly slowly, whisk it, make a thick batter. Rest it for 30 minutes.

Take a wok, add good amount of oil, heat it.

Dip egg halves in the batter, coat it nicely, drop in hot oil.

Moderate the flame, fry it until light brown.

Take out on an absorbent paper so that extra oil is absorbed.

Plate it on a serving dish, have it with any chutney or dip.
