Ingredients

20-30 minutes
  1. 250 gramsmushroom
  2. 1Medium size Onion chopped
  3. 1Medium size bell pepper chopped
  4. 1 teaspoonginger garlic paste
  5. 3-4 clovesgarlic chopped
  6. 2 tablespoonsbutter
  7. 1 teaspoonchilli flakes
  8. 1/2 teaspoonjeera(cumin) powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoonpepper powder
  10. Some chopped cilantro
  11. to taste Salt

Cooking Instructions

20-30 minutes

    Take a pan heat up

  2. 2

    Add butter to pan then add chopped garlic saute for minute

  3. 3

    Then add chopped onions n sprinkle some salt mix until onion turns to golden brown then add chopped bell pepper sauté for 3-4 minutes

  4. 4

    Once bell pepper is roughly cooked then add chopped mushroom to it then stir it for 5-6 minutes (mushrooms leaves water)

  5. 5

    Then add chilli flakes,pepper powder and jeera powder to it mix together for 2 more minutes if required add some more butter to it then garnish with chopped cilantro

  6. 6

    Serve hot
